Textiles and Culture of Meghalaya & Assam

An interactive tour with hands-on workshops of spinning, natural dyeing, and weaving. This tour is designed to give guests opportunity to interact directly with Khasi, Karbi and Mishing tribal artisans and learn about the deep connection between agriculture and textile culture in Northeast India. We also include village and biodiversity walks, a visit to the root bridges of Meghalaya and jeep safaris in Kaziranga National Park, Assam.
